Festival

This ceremonial dance has been practised since the Heian era in the tenth century and it has produced many famous bugaku virtuosos such as Owari Hamanushi. In the fresh growth of May gorgeous music and dances are performed on a red painted stage, leading the mind of spectators to the elegant world of the bygone monarchic days.
